All seafood is vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated containers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure it remains frozen or chilled upon arrival.
Is your seafood wild-caught or farm-raised?
At Tanner's, we exclusively offer 100% wild-caught seafood harvested sustainably from the pristine waters of Alaska.
Do I need to be home when my delivery arrives?
While we recommend being home to transfer the product to a freezer immediately, our packaging is designed to keep items frozen for up to 48 hours in transit.
Can I refreeze the seafood once it arrives?
Yes, as long as the product is still cold to the touch (below 40°F), it is safe to refreeze without compromising quality.
